Molly serves as Head of Advisory Integration; a role focused on keeping the firm’s Growth and Advisory functions aligned and moving forward. She works across Advisory, Business Development, Marketing, and Corporate Development, connecting teams around shared priorities and helping turn strategy into execution.

Before stepping into her current role, Molly spent five years leading client operations at Verum, where she helped shape many of the processes behind the firm’s client experience. That foundation gives her a detailed understanding of how the firm operates, one that informs her approach to her work today.

After graduating from Syracuse University with a degree in mathematics and economics, Molly began her career in operations at Morgan Stanley before joining Verum. She is proud to be part of a team committed to delivering an exceptional client experience and focused on raising the bar in the wealth management industry.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She can often be found trying out a new recipe, spending time on Skaneateles Lake, or planning her next trip.
