Bret Tagg, CPA, CFP®
Bret is a member of the advisory team, serving as a lead adviser to help clients achieve their financial goals. Along with a broad range of financial planning expertise, he utilizes his private wealth tax background to incorporate tax-efficient strategies for retirement planning, charitable giving, education funding, estate planning, and portfolio management. He is energized from working alongside co-workers and clients to turn complex financial issues into achievable, structured plans.
Bret grew up in Northern Virginia, but moved to Charlotte in 2019 to set family roots. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He loves being part of a team, often playing in softball and basketball leagues. On Sundays, he serves at his church, teaching Sunday School to teens ages 13-14.
